We are excited that you have chosen Graylyn for your wedding venue. Menu tastings are such an important and fun part of the planning process.

Tasting Menu Guidelines

Tastings are best scheduled Wednesday – Saturday. If you have chosen to offer an Hors D’ Oeuvres reception we recommend up to 6 menu items. If you have chosen to offer a plated dinner with guest options we recommend up to 3 menu items. If you have chosen to offer a plated dinner with a set menu we recommend up to 2 menu items. If you have chosen to do a plated dinner and would like to serve Hors D’ Oeuvres for a cocktail hour 2-3 Hors D’ Oeuvres items can be selected for tasting.
