an important and fun part of the planning process.

 

Tasting Menu Guidelines:

Tastings are best scheduled Wednesday - Saturday. If you have chosen to offer an

Hors D' Oeuvres reception we recommend up to 6 menu items. If you have chosen to offer a

plated dinner with guest options we recommend up to 3 menu items. If you have chosen to offer

a plated dinner with a set menu we recommend up to 2 menu items. If you have chosen to do

a plated dinner and would like to serve Hors D' Oeuvres for a cocktail hour 2-3 Hors D' Oeuvres

items can be selected for tasting.
